“Yoga with Grace” uses postures from Hatha Yoga and supports your belief in God and a life of compassion and grace. Classes include times for quiet, prayer and scripture along with traditional postures. All levels and abilities are welcome.

Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:15 pm
Cost: $10 drop-in, $40 for a 5 Class Loyalty Card
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat (or you could borrow one), water or other refreshment and a towel or small blanket.

Yoga with Grace is taking a winter break. We will resume our practice in March with a special Lenten series. We look forward to seeing you then!
