Yoga with Grace is a yoga practice that helps you grow in faith, life and body.
Yoga with Grace uses postures from Hatha Yoga and supports your belief in God and a life of compassion and grace. Classes include times for quiet, prayer and scripture along with traditional postures.
Yoga with Grace meets weekly at the church on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm with Rev. Pam Smith Paquette, RYT.
